Ears Traits
One of the most distinguishing features of a natural roravi's form is their varied and colourful ears. Their length and features are a clear indication of their race, and many will carefully groom their ears and hair to match. The fur that grows from the edges and behind a roravi's ears can grow just as long as their hair, so it's encouraged to give your roravi a bit of flair with their ear fur! (No rarity limitations on ear fur!) All the below samples are pictured without fur, unless otherwise stated.
Roravi ears are very expressive and are able to pivot individually to capture distant sounds. |
Note: Some traits are subspecies exclusive. Please check the names and descriptions! Some traits may be mixed, in which then the rarest trait takes priority (Sylph Standard + Translucency = Rare ears). |
Common Traits
|
Undine Standard (Undine Exclusive) This is the ear shape that most Undine roravi are born with. Small and close to the face. Only natural born undine will have this ear shape. * Undine roravi also have a small horn nub behind their ears that emit short clicks and sonar for echolocation underwater. They are round and never used for combat, as they are too fragile. * |

Exalted (Legendary, Restricted) Traits
Multi-eared
Extra ears are a genetic mutation that can often leave a roravi deaf or hard of hearing. The lucky ones that retain their hearing are unable to pinpoint sound as accurately as their single-eared friends, but at the very least it is regarded as a thing of beauty. Many find multiple ears to look like another set of wings, which adds to a roravi's perception of beauty.
